🎓 Executive Master’s Program

Our Executive Master’s program is designed for working professionals who meet one of the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree plus two years of management experience, or

• Five years of managerial experience without a Bachelor's degree

This accelerated six-month program includes thesis work and is open to applicants aged 23 years and older. It is ideal for leaders aiming to deepen their expertise in a focused timeframe.

🎓 Master’s Programs

Our standard Master’s programs are open to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Duration: 1 to 2 years

• Minimum age: 21 years
  These programs are designed to build specialized knowledge and practical skills for global career advancement.

🎓 Doctorate Programs

Candidates may qualify for our Doctorate programs through one of the following pathways:

• A Master’s degree in the same field, or

• Seven years of managerial experience combined with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

The Doctorate program spans one year, including a substantial thesis component, and prepares graduates for high-level strategic and academic roles.

• Early Payment Discount: Students who pay their full tuition within 15 days of receiving their Final Letter of Acceptance will benefit from a significant tuition reduction, making education more affordable and accessible.

Our Thesis Framework: Academic Rigor with Flexibility

To ensure academic excellence, SIU has established a structured yet flexible framework for thesis writing:

⏱ Flexible Timeframes

• Bachelor & Master students typically complete their thesis within 4 to 12 months

• Doctorate students are expected to dedicate at least 2 years

• Students may take up to 8 years, depending on their academic pace

• No coursework is required during this period, allowing full focus on research

✍️ Word Count Expectations

• Doctorate students: 25,000 to 100,000 words, depending on the field and program

• Master’s students: Minimum of 15,000 words per thesis

• Collaborative projects may require higher word counts to reflect collective effort

🎓 Bachelor Students

• While not mandatory for graduation, thesis writing is highly recommended for Bachelor students seeking to deepen their academic experience and research skills

🧭 Topic Selection & Supervision

• Students have the freedom to choose their thesis topic

• Supported by individual mentoring, aligning research themes with the student's academic path and professional interests
